Submit everything, nothing illegal or wrong about providing them as much evidence as possible. If you failed the sleep study on active duty and currently use a CPAP, should be a no brainer for the VA.

Not much anyone can provide in terms of advice without more information. All cases are different.

Took me roughly 3 months and was found unfit on 17 Feb. Currently standing by to stand by on my VA ratings. I said "fu** it" one month in and stopped contacting anyone about it. Now I just obsess over these forums to see how everyone else is fairing and judge off of that. We all suffer together.

Mike it depends on many different variables. Are you able to do your MOS with your injuries? If so they may look into that some. If you have a package where your docs and commander strongly urge the military to find you unfit through command letter and NARSUM then it's more likely they will...

@ctbenja1015 I called my CPAP providers (Optigen) and requested a different mask because of the same issue. I could not fall asleep with the full mask that covered my nose and mouth. I asked them to send me the "nasal pillows" (look those up!) and they had them shipped out within 24 hours...

@REE2012 What branch of service are you in? Sorry you are having such difficulty with your PEBLO. I know if it were me who could not get in contact with them, I would call whoever they answer to or physically drive in. Hope you hear something back soon!

It took me 3 months to get an unfit finding as well. My PEBLO said to expect about 4 weeks for a rating determination though. I guess we'll find out.

I was finally found unfit 17 Feb 16 just got the email from my PEBLO. Package has moved on to VA for ratings. On to the next waiting period.
