When you call, use option three for forms. They are more likely to send you what you need vs option one for claims.

Lawyer called yesterday to tell me I was found unfit on 20Nov. The only thing she offered was about 45-60 day turnaround from the VA which is most in line with the latest VA Monday morning report.

Do you know what the hold up was between time send to PEB and being found unfit? Asking because mine was sent up to PEB on the 12 Nov and I was found unfit 20 Nov. Curious to see if my VA timeline matches yours. From how I understand the VA starts its process once received from the PEB.

I just got told I was found unfit a couple of weeks back. I called my lawyer and she looked in VTA. I don’t know what details are in VTA but she was able to see that I was found unfit. Wouldn’t hurt to ask the lawyer if you haven’t already.

(571) 442-0592 is the contact up there. His name is Jeff. Hard man to get a hold of but seems to answer more around 0800-0900 EST. I haven't had any luck but others have in terms of getting a hold of him. It seems he can tell you with detail where you currently sit.
