    Recieved DA 199 today, need advice.

    I was given the exact same findings, and I consulted a PEB lawyer about adding one of my VA % to the unfitting, and she advised against it so I opted for the VA reconsideration. Every case is different though so I definitely recommend you consult with a legal expert who can give you honest advice.

    System still down?

    Honestly for most of us, I think the waiting and unknowns are the worst things about this entire process. Nothing can be planned for the future then when you finally get your answers, you get 90 days to figure it all out.

    Because the system is down, does anyone know how much of the process this affects? For instance, I think it only affects the PEBLO's ability to view the results. If this is the case, that means technically we could our unfit notification and sign the 199 same day? Or am I missing something??

    System down after switch?

    Obtaining information from mine has been like pulling teeth so I do not expect any assistance which is above and beyond the assistance that is mandated. I feel like I am being bothersome by just inquiring about my status. I see several other people on this site share a similar experience.
