Because the system is down, does anyone know how much of the process this affects? For instance, I think it only affects the PEBLO's ability to view the results. If this is the case, that means technically we could our unfit notification and sign the 199 same day? Or am I missing something??

I received my un-fit memo 2 days ago dated 9 NOV. I was hoping I would get the ratings on the 8th
ratings from what im seeing are generally 2 months after your narsum is signed. I was told that some parts of the system are down and the other ones are iffy. like it obviously still has its issues and bugs. What part of europe?
It took a little bit until it came through about 5 min I would say but worked well for us
I was told they've also gotten to the point that they are going to start emailing the documents instead of relying on the system to work. so things will get done. unfortunately they have to work through the backlog too. i would assume they would take care of people at the end of the process before others. then again the army isnt always smart.

I would also think that they will do a mixture of cases. ones that have been put on hold and new cases coming on. We can't expect them to completely stop new cases just because we've been waiting. it'd be nice though
Thats correct I would just hope they pick up cases that been waiting for a while first at least to get the soldiers out that are almost finish
Has anyone here had a problem with their Permanent Profile showing "Expired". Im being told that my perm profile was in the old system(Legacy) and when they put it in the new system, it didn't get a second signature, therefor expiring. So now Im showing up as 111111 and deployable. Apparently they cant fix it, because the system is down. Also they are saying that a lot of soldiers are having the same issue and that I shouldn't worry. I'm at the "PEB findings" stage and I'm showing all ones and deployable. I'M WORRIED!

I signed my 199 today and the PEBLO got 13 packets all at one time (yesterday) so the backlog is definitely coming through to certain areas. That is up here at Fort Drum.
