Sorry for the late reply. It was company grade and they aren't pushing for serperation from what I've heard. Just reduction and 14 days extra duty. My packet is being sent up to the PEB now so I do believe it'll be there before I hit my 5 year mark. Thanks for the help everyone

So i ended up getting knocked down to PFC and I will have 5 years in April. What happens once I hit RCP? Im not due to process out until September - November time frame. This has me slightly concerned.
