i have not contacted an attorney yet. my doctors are willing to hold off a bit to ensure the MEB process gets me to 20. 1 Aug of 2023

it is case by case depending on how you respond to treatment. your mental health provider has the authority to start an MEB without the approval from your PCM as they are the physician treating the issue.

i have been on a code 31 for over 10 years. a 31 is just an assignment limiting code stating that you can only go to certain bases that have the appropriate medical care available. you will not switch to a 37 unless they initiate an MEB.

how does terminal work with medical retirement? say i sign all of my paperwork on 1 oct 22, and i have 90 days of terminal. does the terminal push my retirement date out those 90 days? thank you.

I have many issues, but the most recent, mental health is driving an MEB. I am a prior enlisted officer. 15 years enlisted and 4 commissioned. 1. What are my chances of an approved COAD application to get to 20? 2. If I am medically retired but make it 20 yrs before it closes out do I qualify...

good morning, i see individuals stating that they know their VA rating but haven't been med boarded yet... i think. how are individuals getting these ratings? can you get a VA rating without going through an MEB? like a vector check basically? any information would be greatly appreciated.
