    My husband is in the process of applying for federal jobs. He is currently TDRL at 30% and has been given a 30% rating by the VA. If he claims 10 point preference on his applications, is it possible that they can disqualify him based on the 30%? Would it be better to only claim the 5 point...

    An update

    I just wanted to give an update. Ft Gordon just called and he is going to remain on TDRL with his next evaluation in May of 2009. That goes against what the doctor recommended in his packet but that's fine with us! :) Thanks Jason for your help!
