my name is SSG C, my med board started dec 2011 and i just signed my 199. it took along time even with me doing other peoples job. i had to class 2 concussions and the army gave me 50% and the VA give me 90%. there are so many things that your pueblos dont tell you that you need to know. just small things that are helpful. the information is out there make sure that you find what you need because no one cares more about you than your self. also use legal they are there for you when you think you have found a dead end they will help you. good luck to all

What exactly do u mean? I have been waiting for my 199 since 9 oct. The va gave me my prosed rating and it was completed on the 9th of oct. so they say. i was told it shouldnt take no longer than 2 weeks for me to get my 199 but here i am 5 nov. still waiting.
depending on the serverity of your case you might be waiting another 6 months. i was given a rating in june and didnt sign my 199 till last month.What exactly do u mean? I just signed my 199 the 5th of November. How long does it take PEB to send it back to transiton?
I got my UNFit letter on Oct 29. I havent seen it yet, but the PEBLO says it says UNFIT. My unfitting condition is PTSD GAF 51. I have 19 years Active and want 20 "Nov 11 2013". I started my 4187 for retirement today. I dont know if DA will aprove but I have to try. MY PEBLO says I can refuse the PEB. Is that true??? I know I can appeal the 199 two times so I am told by my PEB Counsel. I do no about COAD but I am hearing that is getting very hard to get. My lawyer told me that the PEB can do orders taking me to my 20. Has anybody heard of this. Any help will be great.
