Hi everyone,
I had my first TDRL re-evaluation today and I'm just a little confused. The doctors were very nice and were in agreement that my condition is stable and has not gotten worse or better, but they really didn't seem to know much about the TDRL/PDRL process.
Is this typical, and what should I expect next from the TDRL process seeing as the doctors were in agreement that PDRL would be the right direction for me.

From my experiences while still in the DoD military TDRL process for nearly three years with two TDRL re-evaluations, yes it's definitely typical unfortunately.

Next, you will need to wait until your TDRL Branch/Department has reviewed your "entire" TDRL file. This process could take a couple of months at least from my experiences. Then, your assigned PEBLO (if military) or VELO (if contractor) shall contact you with the results from the IPEB. Hopefully, you shall be placed onto the DoD military PDRL. Take care!

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer!"

Best Wishes!
