I’m so confused right now, hopefully someone can help! I’m trying to get the 20 day PTDY approved in conjunction with my terminal leave but my 1SG keeps pushing it back saying I need a form from my Peblo to have it approved. I contacted my Peblo and she has no idea what he’s talking about. Is there someone else I can go to? Or am I supposed to submit this leave with someone else?

It depends on service how the process works. My personnel folks automatically approved mine.

Ok so really there is nothing I can do if my 1SG won’t route it up?
Have you spoken to your CDR? another avenue is speaking to CSM.
I haven’t spoken to the commander, they are never at the company every time I go in. Hopefully soon though, I’m trying to set it up where I can talk to them
I think you have to request it or something- it’s in the regulation that we can be authorized it. They can deny it of course, but it’s worth a shot!
