MSC says I don’t need to fill in anything for these 3 areas(circle in yellow in picture) for the conditions I am claiming. Is this true? Or should I fill them out? MSC said they would end up being filled out when I answer the questionnaires. No clue what questionnaires she’s talking about. She said I can fill them out if I want but I don’t need to. Guidance please! If the answer is full them out can someone please DM me to help me with at least getting started because I don’t understand what goes in them or how things should be worded for them. 21 years all active time (15 years active army, 6 years AGR zero traditional guard time). Thank you.

The questionnaires your MSC are referring to are most likely the Disability Benefits Questionnaires or DBQ. It’s the form the c&p examiner fills out when evaluating a specific claim.

Like your MSC said, only worry about putting your claims. I’m sure you already know this but make sure you claim everything. Download your medical record and list everything you’ve ever been seen for, and even things you haven’t been seen for that are bothering you.

Yes tracking all. I have all everything written down for claims and keep adding to it. It’s due tomorrow morning. Thanks for reassuring me about not filling out those other pieces. I just wish everyone in this whole process would be more clear and understand the majority of us going through the process have no clue. It been a common trend on my end, I have to continuously explain to people that it needs to be broken down for me. I am not slow by any means, just over think things, especially because I already feel like 1 things won’t come back with a DOD rating as it’s not something I was referred for. it was originally something that was going to be a referred condition but it was taken off. When I asked why I was told “so it doesn’t hold up your MEB”. It’s my migraines which I get some relief with injections but stil have about 5-7 a month. I do have a couple of that profile with that condition on it and email from the doctor who put it in and removed and why it was removed. I already have the bug in legal seat about it. Also, I have other conditions that should have been referred one. Thank again for your help.

Agree. I’ve done two of these and both times never filled in the sections you have circled in yellow. Never caused any rating issues. Just like Jon173 said, make sure you have all claims listed with the correlated medical documents and you’ll be good to go battle buddy! Any questions, just post them on this site, it’s a great resource for the unknowns!

When you are AD, all conditions not caused by misconduct are service connected. Your MSC is correct.
