2nd MEB referral

I was referred in feb for migraines& returned by AMRO as fit deployable with a waiver. Fast forward to end of April, I was referred back for migraines again with asthma added in this time. My pcm used wording like “unfit for duty, recommend full MEB, migraine frequency has increased to 2/3 a week, unable to run for extended amount of time, do not see condition improving to a reasonable degree” and other strong verbiage for a full medical discharge. My question is what’s the likelihood that AMRO/AFPC returns me with a c code?
Asking because I’m a planner and I’m anxious about planning my transition.

Depends on your job, commitment, severity of conditions, and objective data such as and PFTs etc

As for my migraines, they’ve increased significantly - missed work, leaving work early, ER visits and the asthma is something that just started at this location but it was an off base asthma & allergy dr that diagnosed me. I currently use 2 daily inhalers and 1 as needed. I’ve never seen anyone be referred for multiple reasons that why I am curious of their outcomes.

If your commander documents your frequent absences from duty at home station and the medical problems yo will likely experience if deployed you will have a high chance of medical retirement for migraines. Asthma may or may not be unfit. You don provide much info about your asthma in your post.

Hi thank you for your response! I was just recently diagnosed and since I’m new to the base, my off base dr diagnosed me but she doesn’t know if it’s allergy induced asthma or cold induced because where I live it’s very cold dry weather & high allergies during certain times of the year. But my on base pcm is saying that it’ll probably be a full MEB since the Air Force can’t say that Jordan or Kuwait for instance won’t have the same type of climate and cause me to have these same issues. He thinks that do to my new climate it’s aggravating both the asthma and migraines.
