I have a question. I am currently waiting for the VBA Privacy Officer to respond. My ex spouse used the automated phone service entered my social security number. Her attorney wrote a letter to the Judge admitting to this. The PO couldn't believe they wrote the letter, and I fwd it to him for evidence. Has anyone ever had any experience with this? Feed back will be appreciated.

Yes its been this way for years, you would need to file a complaint with the VA OIG and the federal AG office, I would threaten to file a separate civil suit against her as well. Do not ever admit that anything that was illegally obtain is true.
 
Thanks for replying. I'm still waiting for the privacy officer to respond. I still cant believe her attorney wrote an official letter to the court. I'll let u no what happens
