11 May 24 - Second inpatient hospitalization for SI & Inpatient Dr doubled down on Bipolar diagnoses
17 Jul 24 - 3rd opinion from a Dr not affiliated with either party, Diagnoses me with Bipolar II / IRILO Referral
08 Aug 24 - First CIS signed
24 Sep 24 - Second CIS signed, due to the first one now being outdated
24 Sep 24 - NARSUM finally submitted by MH team
27 Sep 24 - IRILO sends case to AFPC
21 Oct 24 - Full MEB notification
Bit of a rant - Its been almost 6 months since being diagnosed and finally my MEB starts. Really displeased with how my MH team didn't take action on any type of diagnoses that could've gotten me the right medication until AFTER I was seen by a different staff, and they still proceed with a different diagnosis. There was no talk of BPD until I went inpatient, but now they want to say they've seen it the whole time. I had to request a 3rd opinion because I felt my staff had a bias, the Dr then agreed with me. It also took my staff 3 whole months to write my NARSUM. Really hoping this MEB goes faster than the amount of time I had to wait for it to start. Thank you for listening to my TED Talk, lol.
