Am I eligible?

I was medically discharged from the Army and am 100% PT VA disabled and am receiving monthly payments for that. I have PTSD and a CAB, but my DD214 says chapter 4-24 and has JEB as the code. I’m not sure if I would qualify for CRSC

Discharged or retired? Look at the Block 23, does it say “Separation” or “Retirement”? It has to say “Retirement” to be eligible

Even more fun is when you have a DD215, due to PDBR that changes the character of discharge.

Anyway yeah you need to be retired an have VA waiver.
