Anyone know why the cases above and below mine are listed as completed and mine isn't?

Hey everyone. I just submitted my case last year, but the case numbers directly above and below my case number are posted. Does anyone know if that's good or bad?
Side note: I emailed them and asked for an update today. From what I've read, I guess they don't like that very much.
