Hello everyone,

So this is my timeline for CRSC application.

June 09 2022- emailed complete application HRC /same day got email claim was received

July 16 2022- received automated email “CRSC application received. IPERMS release 2.6.0 regression testing”

July 17 2022- CRSC approval letter populated into my IPERMS

-69 days total

Calculations request please…

1. The Gross retired pay on my DFAS RAS is $1,768.

1a. CH 61 retirement

2. DOD disability percentage 50%

3. Disability retirement on orders: 12 years 10 months

4. VA percentage: 90
b. $2,370
c. Dependents: 1 spouse 2 kids under 18
d. SMC-1
5. Approved CRSC: 90%

6. No

7. none

8. No

Note: on my decision letter next to RAS column ($1,768) there was another dollar amount of $1,414 not sure if this number accounts for anything since I’m new to all of this.

a. 1768/50% = 3536 average high three
b. 12.83 years x 2.5% = 32.08% longevity multiplier
c. 3536 x 32.08% = 1134.35 longevity portion of retired pay
d. CRSC = 1134.35

Did you receive your backpay yet?
 
No not yet, I received first months pay though on September 30th, Ron was right on the money. I suspect back pay will hit my account in November or December based on timelines posted earlier on this forum .
 
Me and you both brother. They have to backpay me for 10 years so mines may take a while. From what I hear though the computer does the computations and the human just verifies and submits hopefully it comes sooner than later. I will keep ya posted if anything changes
 
Still waiting... I found out that my audit was never started for my backpay and the only way to trigger the audit was to send a fax to 18004696559 to request one and then after that they have 30 days to respond to you. This has been a nightmare for me
