I was informed by my Army PEBLO that I must list all my problems and diagnoses on my own. It was my understanding they would list all your diagnoses base on your medical reports. Is my Army PEBLO wrong or I'm misunderstanding? Please help!!!

Some MSC's help. My wife's did not. She went through her medical records to figure out what to claim. Your mileage will vary with this process.
Even is the MSC offers to help you should have your own list. My MSC helped but he did not have everything I did and vice versa. It is your benefits on the line, be proactive.
