Just going to post this here for everyone's use.
I ended up talking to a Civilian who handle AGR and M-Day retirements (including Disability Retirements) for her State (not mine). She really helped me out and my State's Retirement Office. She sent me this code sheet.
Now the SPD codes, you can figure those out by going to the Army reg. And the statute codes you can simple just google that section of 10 USC.
However, for the Retirement Type and Allocation Codes were always elusive. She hasn't told me the source for that table. I really did a deep-dive (with AI's help), and I never could find them.
I have seen other posts asking about these Codes.
It is true that they are really not that important in the grand scheme of things. What your Retirement Order says is important.
The codes just detail PDRL vs. TDRL, Officer vs. Enlisted, and Regular Army vs. USAR/ARNG. But it is nice to know their meanings.
