I had optum as well! I felt they were very thorough (painstakingly so actually). I wish I had an answer for you but I logged in out of curiosity a week after my claim was closed. I had no idea it was closed when I logged in, but it seems like they put everything in the same day they closed it. So you may not be able to see anything until they’re done processing.

I’ve posted a few other updates in a poor format so here’s a better view plus some new news:
September 18: meeting with MSC
September 21: first contact from VA contractor (Optum)
October 1-24: C&P exams (general, dental, vision, audio, mental health)
October 28: PEBLO receives info from all appointments
October 31: Optum notice that another appointment will be scheduled
November 5: see claim is closed in VA portal, PEBLO tells me I received 100% VA rating
November 17: “bonus” Optum appointment (PEBLO has no idea why they had me do this)
December 2: PEBLO sends all appointment data to PCM for NARSUM addendum
She’s hopeful to get to NARSUM back today or tomorrow. My PCM has just been crazy busy. She told me the local board sometimes takes up to a month but hopefully my case is cut and dry and they can get it moving to IPEB before the holidays. I guess given the 180 expected timeline I should be looking at an effective out date sometime in March? Maybe April since I had that extra appointment tacked on almost a month after my “last” appointment. My initial notification/meeting with the PEBLO was Sept 7.

Unfortunately no update really. My unit got notification to send a revised impact statement on Dec 11 (the current one was over 6 months old), so I drafted a new one and myself and the commander signed on Dec 15th. Other than that I haven’t heard anything. My stuff SHOULD be at the local board now and maybe the holidays just slowed things down. Hoping for more news next week!!hey any updates? Finally an update! 618 made it back to PEBLO on the 9th and I signed today. Should be sent to IPEB today. PEBLO says she’s had some cases coming back pretty quick - between 2-3 weeks - with a pretty quick return on DOS/DOR after that.
