Awaiting orders

Hello all, so I’m waiting on orders to come through TRANSPOC and have some questions. I just signed my 199 yesterday the 17th and my PEBLO said she forwarded all the documents to PEB.

My biggest question is how long is the process to get orders after signing 199?

Second question is kinda long, I want to start terminal leave on Feb 14 because that’ll put me out my final day of terminal leave on April 28th. If I start leave on the 14th then I will have to start out processing on the 31st of January. Is it possible to get orders and instantly start out processing and submit leave? I read before it takes about a month after receiving orders to start out processing.
 
My installation MPD emailed me and said by regulation they had to cut orders within 5 days of your official notification of MEB findings. Usually, this is a day or so after your DA 199 is submitted.

According to the packet MPD sent me, I have 14 days to clear from the day of notification. I received notification on 16 January. I haven't received orders, but I have began clearing everything I can (CIF will take a DA 199 to schedule turn in).

I'm assuming you're Active Duty Army?

Well if it’s regulation I should be receiving orders soon. I thought Transpoc cut orders. Is Transpoc and MPD the same thing?

I’m active army in Belvoir, we don’t have a cif so it gets turned in through supply but I haven’t been able to start clearing. Maybe a trip to MPD will get a ball rolling.

TRANSPROC will cut the orders, MPD will get them to you from my understanding. MPD is the installation clearing house for orders issuance, I believe.
