Your PEBLO should be involved in this, you may want to contact your PEBLO. If the travel to the VA exam center is a long distance, the PEBLO may be able to convince the VA to coordinate the appoints so that you only have to travel once or twice to get them all done.
Either way, eventually you should be sent a list of the appointment times and location, from the VA, and if I remember correctly, sent via your PEBLO.
One other bit of advice, when you talk to the C&P examiner, be cognizant of the fact they might be looking for reasons to limit your claim, so be honest, but focus on what the problem is, and careful about straying off course. For example, if you are asked what activities you can perform, and you say that "with a lot of pain I can mow the lawn", that might come out in the report as "Is able to do activities such as yard work". In my experience they tend to cherry pick what they want to hear and use against you, if not out and out lie.
Talk to them in terms of your worst days, don't bother mentioning your best days as they may just list the best in their report.
You can stop by the records office at the VA exam center and request a hard copy of the C&P exam reports once they are in the system, usually a week or two. Its advantageous for you to have them before you receive the MEB findings, that way you'll already have an idea of what the MEB finding might be, and if you need to prepare a fight to include any condition(s) that the C&P did not in the MEB appeal as "conditions not meeting retention standards".
Hope this helps...
