Long time lurker, I had a question about submitting medical evidence to the VA. I did the C&P exam yesterday and the examiner said she couldn't find an MRI I did and some logs for migraines. I had copies with me but she wouldn't accept them, she asked that I submit them to the VA. How do I submit stuff to the VA after a C&P exam? Thanks for any help.

You can do it 2 ways:

1- log in to VA.gov, go to the claim you referring to and there will be an area to attached files to the claim.
OR
2-Go to VA quick submit website, upload the file there; attached a note letting them know what claim the file is for.

I had 2 missing MRIs. Found out around the time of completing the NARSUM, and I just submitted them to my PEBLO and she got them put in my record.

Ok great, thank you both for your help. I’ll reach out to PeBlo first. If I don’t get anywhere I’ll use the quick submit!

Glad the bulk of it is wrapped up but now the mental pacing beings.

keep track of your va app, the moment your claims are closed, email or call VA hotline to get your overall rating. I also found unfit 11/20 (VA claim open/close on 12/3), got my overall rating # after email my local VA rep. I have one more appointment for next week cuz there are 2 claims I added after my head-toes. I have high hope getting my smc-k lol. your IDES is fast, I started mine in June 20 lol.

Your timeline is almost identical to mine, except mine was submitted back on Sept 26th. I think they reviewed the time I needed to make 20, and sat on it. Regardless, it made it over to the VA on 12/2 (ish) and was in decision as well.

Nothing new yet. I called yesterday and this time was told that its in the decision phase but a rater hasn't been assigned, which is different from what they said last time. Who knows at this point lol.

Anyone know if the PEB is processing cases right now? Or if they are on break for curtailment

Definitely in a curtailment. I wouldn't expect anything until 6JAN25.

How did you receive your unfit findings? Sorry new to this whole thing

I sent an email to my lawyer and asked for an update, she was the one that told me. Specifically, the other two weren’t responding and I knew she had access to VTA so I said “Can you confirm my stuff made it to the PEB?” She checked and I guess it showed the PEB voted unfit. For context, my PEBLO called me early January to tell me the same info lol.

I'd say a reasonable expectation is between 3 and 4 weeks from today for your results to come back from the PEB.
Nice. Thanks for that info. I was able to learn I was 100% on the VA side so there is that. I can no start focusing on building final plans for a cross country move and the like. Appreciate you sharing your timeline and helpful tips as always!

Not a problem! If you can, I'd HIGHLY recommend seeing if you can get the listing of how each condition filing was rated. Mine got jacked up and I'm now playing from behind.

Gotcha. Tried yesterday but they said my decision letter was dated for the 27th. I set up a call with VERA on Monday in hopes they can forward details through email. My C&Ps were messed up and I had to submit a few 21-4138s after the fact to speak to the inaccuracies so I won’t to make sure at the very least my referred conditions were documented correctly (those were the C&Ps that were the most screwed up).
