Can the NARSUM be fixed at the PEB level???

I want to know if my NARSUM could be fixed at the PEB level? My issue is that I was diagnosed with PTSD over a year ago. My Legal counsel told me I am looking at 70% based of my C&P for PTSD as well which also triggered my MED Board. I appealed to the MEB that my PTSD is due to Combat, my army psychologist wrote a letter and so did my Psychiatrist from DoD on my behalf that indeed it is PTSD. I do not have a purple heart or CAB but was on a MITT team lived with the Iraqi infantry BN and went on daily patrols with them and saw one of there HUMVEES get hit by an IED, took indirect fire, and had to deal with some slaughter bodies. two other Soldiers also wrote a letter on my behalf as well as our interpreter. The main reason the MEB wants to say its not combat related is cause I have stellar evaluations as per their respond to me. I guess DoD pays more if they considered it be combat related and that is why they are trying to screw me over. Is kind of funny how everyone else has told me it is combat related to include the VA. Please tell me if this could be fixed? What do I need to do?

Just to clarify: you are wondering about CRSC? Sounds like you will be medically retired, but possibly able to receive more than your VA or DoD compensation through CRSC. Is that your question?

This may not really be an issue of fixing a NARSUM, but rather waiting to see what is on the DA-199. Are you asking the question as related to CRSC?

Even if your DA-199 does not show that the injury is combat related, you can still apply for, and possibly be awarded CRSC.

Is not even about CRSC is more about get the right stuff on my NARSUM.
