07DEC2015: eBenefits switched from "Preparation for Decision" to "Pending Decision Approval". I am going to try and call the VA tomorrow and see if they can fax my findings or give me a rating!!

Oops. I just asked that very question in the "My PEB" thread. My Case started being reviewed on 19 Oct. E-Benefits has ben stuck on "Pending Decision Approval. Development Letter Sent" for over a month. Does that mean that the VA has more than likely made their decision and is just awaiting the Navy to forward them their findings?
i too asked this question to my PEBLO. the answer I received was "ebennefits is not very accurate". When I utilized the 'chat now' on the VA site, until the PEB releases your unfit findings to the VA, the VA has no ratings to give. my status is the same as yours and has been that way since 17JUL2015. PEB accepted my package on 19OCT2015. its seems as thoug hits taking around 2.5-3-5 months to receive findings, im just basing this from what I've read from others here.
Ebenefits is not accurate until you have been found unfit. Mine switched "Claim received" after I was found unfit and then it was sent to the VA. Now it is at Pending Decision and apparently has been rated but not gotten back to the IPEB with the ratings.

Just waiting to sign my findings and pick 30 days!!! Hope everybody's is moving along without any issues.
My case is back with the PEB and they have been screwing up the paperwork horribly. So far the PEBLO said they have done over 5 corrections and every time they do a correction it goes back through QA which is another 5 days. Contacting the MSC will do nothing in my case sadly.
Well I only asked because my paperwork hasn't come back from the PEB yet since the VA completed my ratings. My PEBLO got them from the MSC since they should have the same access as the VA reps over the phone have.
I am hoping the VA gets back to the IPEB in a reasonable time since my package was sent to them on the 7th of this month but its the VA when is anything done quickly with them.
Checked my ebens and it still say "pending decisions approval" but above "development letter sent" it says "status changed" Any one seen or had this happen to them?
