Challenged my DOD conditions......

And won the IMR. They didn’t have migraines as a DOD disqualifying condition. It is now. My paralegal advised as did the lawyer to go for it. When they did my numbers I was 60% DOD. This will bump it to 80%.

now off to the PEB and see what they decide.

I got the feeling that I will need to do the same thing. my Lawyer thought I would get a low or even zero DOD for CKD phase III. Said my test were not high enough. My research shows that I meet the conditions for 60%. my informal PEB took 8 days, but I do not have a percentage or notification yet. Perhaps I was found fit.....
