Chronic constipation with Gulf war service

Will chronic constipation (claimed as IBS) be deemed combat related as presumptive condition for CRSC if i have verifief gulf war service.
 
If it is rated by the VA as a service connected condition and is listed on your code sheet as Gulf War then it’s possible. I have it on mine as a 0% rating and CRSC approved me for it at 0% for Instrumentality of War.
