Commanders Impact Statement (Air Force)

Shirt sent me the 1185 to fill out. How do I word things for how it effects my ability to do ingarrison duties. I have an admin job and it is very easy. Getting meb'd for PTSD/MDD. Do I put down that I can do my duties but have subpar performance? Commander is going to put separate which is the route I want to go but I want the statements to back that up.

Remember, its if you're able to complete all duties as an Airman. That includes PT, professional development, training, etc. Make sure you hit on how your mental health effects everything, not just your admin duties.
