CRSC after moving from TDRL to PDRL

I just was moved from TDRL to PDRL at the same percentage. The PEBLO said “I think sometimes they (HRC I assume) want your final orders for CRSC.” This is a pet peeeve of mine: What does “sometimes” mean? Who exactly is “they?”

Anyway my question is does anyway know if it’s necessary to send anything to the CRSC folks at HRC? I’m guessing no, since there’s been no percentage change. Thanks in advance.

Nope, no need to submit. The only time you do is if there's a change on the VA side of things, not DOD.
