Hello,

Based on the info you provided:

1. 3021/70% = 4315.71 high three
2. 14.75 AD x 2.5% = 36.88% longevity multiplier
3. 4315.71 x 36.88% = 1591.63 longevity portion of retired pay which is much less than 100% in VA comp tables

CRSC based on info provided = 1591.63
Note: 2% is used instead of 2.5% if enrolled in blended retirement program
