3100/30% = $10,333 average high three base pay. Excuse me if I am wrong, but that seems unlikely for 4 years and 1 month active duty.

Please confirm that your gross retired pay on your DFAS RAS for one month is $3100 and you have a 30% DOD rating.

b. 4.08 AD x 2.5% = 10.2% longevity multiplier
c. 3666.66 x 10.2% = 374 longevity portion of retired pay
d. CRSC @ 10% using VA comp tables = 165.92

Based on the info you provided, your CRSC will be 165.92
