CRSC for Asthma

I was medically retired from the Air Force in 2008 for asthma, I get every retirement benefit except for pay. I put in for CRSC for asthma caused by the burn pits in 2018, but was denied. I recently reapplied for asthma, sinusitis, and rhinitis in early October. Do y’all think they’ll approve it this time because of the Honor Our Pact Act and how long does it take for them to make a decision?

if you have a rating from the VA for those, they should be approved.

Thank you. Yeah I do have 50 percent, but the the VA worded it Sleep Apnea to include asthma. Even still the Air Force CRSC made me turn in a lot of medical documents. It seemed like they wanted an exact narrative stating asthma with a date on it. I found one document with a date on it with a diagnosis with reactive airway disease, but on my retirement papers it says asthma.

The AF approved my CRSC. I turned my package in at the beginning of October and received my approval decision in about a week.
