My PEBLO informed me today that I qualify for CRSC based on my unfit condition. I am very confused about what is meant by High-3. I've been in for 6 years this July, the past 34 months as an E-5 and recently promoted in April 2023. Where can I go to find High-3 information?

Your average high three base pay is the total of your highest 36 months of base pay divided by 36. Since I still do many things manually, I would perform the computation myself, if it involved my pay.

You could use the LESs available on MyPay to get a general picture of what your high three would be.

Once you have a DFAS RAS (retired pay statement) generated, you can divide the gross pay by your DoD percentage to obtain your high three (unless your longevity multiplier is greater).

Also, you can use your favorite search engine to find the pay rates for current and past years.

Thanks, Ron. I'll do some more digging and figure this out. I appreciate it.
Hello @Airborne585

For myself: I have never been interested in knowing the exact penny of any retro. I would just use some known factors; Example:
In your case, I would take your most recent LES before the promotion; the LES from one year prior; and the LES from two years prior and add those amounts.
Then you could divide by three (3), not 36. and have a general high three average base pay.
