CRSC increase but no change in $

Greetings. Glad to see this forum is still alive and well!
After 3 years, my CRSC just got bumped from 70 to 90. I was hopeful that I’d see a monetary change with this, but my latest statement has the same exact amount with the 90 percent showing.
Does this mean that I was already maxed out and being paid at my TIS retirement amount?

Thanks,
Dan

Hello @oif1vet

That is a common occurrence.

Generally.

A Chapter 61 retiree with less than 20 years AD receives CRSC at the lesser of
--the longevity portion of retired pay
OR
--the amount associated with the CRSC percentage found in the VA compensation tables.

It appears you were already max'ed out (i.e., receiving the longevity amount)

Thank you. I figured that was most likely the reason. I appreciate the quick clarification sir.
