Hello,
Ref:
5. Information necessary for CRSC estimate: LINK <---
Estimate based on the info you provided.
1. 3565/30% = 11,883 High three average base pay
2. Assumed active duty equivalent 15.25 years x 2.5% (assumed high three rather than blended retirement rate of 2%)= 38.13% longevity multiplier
3. 11883 x 38.13% = 4530.98 longevity portion of retired pay which is more than actual retired pay
4. Based on the info you provided, your CRSC would be 3565 OR the amount found in the VA comp tables for 70% with spouse and 3 children (ages impact this)—WHICHEVER IS THE LESSER/ LOWER AMOUNT

Edited to add:
@mmosl001
Ages of children were not provided.
The VA tables show 70% with spouse and three children under 18 as
1,907.06 + (2 x 70) = 2047.06 CRSC at 70% based on your info. That amount would be less than the longevity amount, resulting in 2047.06 as your payable CRSC.
Note: Please confirm whether 3565 gross retired pay and a 30% DoD disability rating are accurate. I ask because the resulting average high three base pay (11,883) is the highest I have seen while doing these computations for more than 14 years.
3565 is 30% of an unknown number. 3565/30% = $11,883 average high three base pay (which would not be uncommon for an O6 or O7).
Thank you.
