5 Oct - Mailed packet via FedEx

10 Oct - Signed for by HRC Front Desk (mail room was closed because of shutdown)

16 Oct - Received a phone call from CRSC Section stating my packet was received

16 Dec - No 60 day email or letter

18 Dec - I called and was told it's still processing

That's 60 calendar days, claims processing is all based on BUSINESS days, so you're looking at mid-January 2026 for your "60-day notification" - 1766815600274.png
