CRSC Timeline+ Pay Question

I'll keep it short and sweet.
TIS 3y12w
Medical retirement 40% with 100% VA
Injury happened on a jump, Got a medical retirement, Combat related.
Question 1- If Approved, What would the additional pay look like?
Question 2- CRSC Claim was received in HRC Email 9MAY, Is the 120 business day for a decision pretty standard now adays?

Any input, advice etc is greatly appreciated.

We need more than short and sweet. Please provide:
1. What is your gross retired pay (before taxes and or waiver) on your DFAS RAS?

2. What is your active duty equivalent? It will be shown on your retirement orders as: DISABILITY RETIREMENT: xx years xx months

3. What is the full amount of your VA compensation? Identify category of dependents and number.

4. What is your anticipated approved CRSC percentage ?

5. Im not sure. On my Last LES from the military, the RET box says Choice. Im pretty sure I was in the blended system though.

Hello,

a. 1064 / 40% = 2660 average high three base pay

b. 3.5 AD Equivalent years x 2% = 7 % longevity multiplier

c. 2660 x 7% = 186.20 hypothetical longevity portion of retired pay and a CRSC ceiling

Based on the info you provided, your CRSC = $186.20
