The amount of his payment is quite likely irrelevant for others. There are several variables in determining the amount of CRSC for individuals, even if the approved disabilites are the same. In most CH 61 disability cases, the amount of CRSC is not determined by just looking at a chart or table. There are hundreds of examples within this forum.
