I just recieved my DA Form 3947 back (MEB proceedings). It has my referred/unfit conditions on there listed as:
1. Lumbar Degenerative Disc Disease; Degenerative Arthritis; Spinal Stenosis; Disc Bulge/
Protrusion and Intervertebral Disc Syndrome
2. Radiculopathy left lower extremity.
However, I also have right lower radiculopathy which is well documented in my records. I feel like this should have been apart of my refereed conditions but it was not. At the beginning of the process I let them know I felt like this should be a refereed condition but was told to wait and once I receive my DA Form 3947 back I can ask for an IMR and add this condition to refereed condition. If this correct?
