I'm new on this MEB process, I check my ebenefit yesterday said "Pending decision approval" today change to Gathering of evidence. When I check in historical claim said" Decision Notification Sent" and they close the claim today 05Feb16. What's mean? What's coming next?

Your PEB will apply your VA ratings to your unfitting conditions and you should get your findings after that. Sounds like you are nearing the end.

Update, I call my Peblo today and she said they done with my ratings waiting for 199 and she going to call me by the end of this week or next Tuesday. I receive my unfit memo on 20Jan16.

How long did it take for you to get your 199 after ebenefits changed. I just noticed my changed yesterday and said it was opened 01 MAR 16 and closed 04 MAR 16. but I haven't heard anything from my PEBLO yet

I wait two weeks after saw was close in ebenefits.
My stuff was sent to PEB on SEP 17 and accepted on 14OCT16, and I still have no idea what my ratings are and where my stuff is at in the process. This is nervewracking. I lost a chance at a once in a lifetime job, and then have other good jobs lined up where I am going to have to burn bridges for and turn down.
This process really is detrimental for injured members when it is like this.

I called the VA hotline, all they said was I should get a letter in the mail in the next 2 days, apparently you have to wait 10 mailing days from the date your case was closed that they send the letter out. And if by then you have not received a letter you have to make a Written Request to the VA Evidence Intake Center for a copy of the letter to be resent to you. That being said, I even told the people (I spoke to a few so far) that this is not the 1st time I haven't received something in the mail and this seems to be a common issue but apparently there isn't any other way of them getting it to me. I have heard of people getting it by email, fax or even told their ratings over the phone but when I asked all I got was "since these are your proposed ratings I cannot access them or discuss them over the phone, youll have to wait for your PEBLO to give you a call." Anyway yes this waiting game sucks, horribly...
