I called the VA hotline, all they said was I should get a letter in the mail in the next 2 days, apparently you have to wait 10 mailing days from the date your case was closed that they send the letter out. And if by then you have not received a letter you have to make a Written Request to the VA Evidence Intake Center for a copy of the letter to be resent to you. That being said, I even told the people (I spoke to a few so far) that this is not the 1st time I haven't received something in the mail and this seems to be a common issue but apparently there isn't any other way of them getting it to me. I have heard of people getting it by email, fax or even told their ratings over the phone but when I asked all I got was "since these are your proposed ratings I cannot access them or discuss them over the phone, youll have to wait for your PEBLO to give you a call." Anyway yes this waiting game sucks, horribly...
