Denied for Brain Tumor

I was denied CRSC for the following:
Migraines from Brain tumor and secondary conditions 5th and 7th cranial nerve palsy.

They were the disqualfying conditions for medical retirement. All service connected for 70%. Not combat related.

Shouldn’t it be considered presumptive under the PACT act?

If not, what step should I take? Re-submit the disabilities thru VA claims process?

Submit re-consideration with PACT act documentation?

If denied prior to pact act I would submit a reconsideration request or whatever the mechanism to have the take a 2nd look.

PACT Act considerations will NOT be done until early next year as the VA has to take care of their portion of the Act, such as evals, ratings' adjustments, "incurred" vs "secondary", blah blah blah (y'all know how the Fed's work ) . Keep an eye out on this site, as soon as I hear/see something from my CRSC contacts, I'll post it here and elsewhere. @Provis fyi

If the tumor is malignant it will fall under the PACT Act when everyone makes the necessary changes.
