After several deliberate attempts to call 1 800-698-2411 to get someone to email me my proposed disability ratings for the VA and failing, I finally got a copy today another way. I had a scheduled virtual VERA appointment today and got ghosted. After 10 minutes, I received an automated message asking how my “service” was and was prompted to complete a survey. Being annoyed, I called the number listed on the VERA scheduling email, 1-800-827-1000, and wanted to let someone have it. I was met with a cheerful woman who understood my frustration and was limited to only scheduling another appointment. I politely declined and told her I had the browser open and would pick a new location today and try again. After she asked me if there was anything else she could help with, I politely asked if I could get a copy of my proposed ratings emailed to me since that’s what the whole appointment was regarding. She asked for my email, and a few minutes later, my proposed 100% VA rating letter was in my email. My second attempt to talk with someone from VERA about toxic exposure today would have been fruitful as well. After they answered my questions and made some small talk, they asked if I wanted a copy of my proposed rating letter since I spoke about my previous ghosted phone call. I told them someone was nice enough to send it to me and asked him to offer that option to fellow caller. It may be worth a shot to call VERA to get your ratings.
Sadly, I only know the proposed overall rating % and not a line by line breakdown.
