mental health medboard

Got arrested a year ago for property damage and misdemeanor assault charge , facing medboard . if my program was to be suspended how will the med play out ? would they just separate me out and stop the medboard?

first time offender for an impulse charge , offered a program and in april all my charges will be dropped. just overthinking if my program gets suspended for any reason

Depending on the legal severity, the branch can male the determination the legal trumps medical, and you can be processed on legal without medical consideration.

If your bad behavior was due to your medical condition, you need to get a lawyer and make that argument on the legal side.
 
Typically both legal and medical determinations go to the first GO in your chain to determine which prevails. If the medical conditions contributed to the illegal behavior the medical process typically prevails
 
It was just property damage and an accused domestic violence charge from my abusive ex wife .So i don’t think that’s severe enough to have a chapter prevail but i may be wrong but yes i had documented depression prior to that arrest.

also worse case scenario can i file for disability if i get convicted? i still got these conditions while serving regardless.
 
You can apply for SSDI while still on AD.
