BLUF: Given a 100% P&T rating, it would be ideal not to have to re-do the C&P/VA rating process. Can I use them for BDD?

Approximate timeline:
-----
Feb 2020: Initiated MEB
Feb/Mar 2020: C&P exams
April 2020: VA ratings received (100% P&T)
...COVID...
Oct 2020: IPEB fit. Requested FPEB
Nov 2020: FPEB granted
Jan 2021: Still pending FPEB
-----

I plan on resigning if found FPEB fit (FPEB fit date+120 days).

My questions:
- Do the C&P exams expire? If so, do they expire on the C&P exam date or the VA ratings date?
- If I am found FPEB fit before April 2020, can I use the existing C&P exams to file under the VA's Benefits Delivery at Discharge (BDD) program?

Thank you in advance.

Some conditions require review in X days. DBQs must be accomplished by the VA for those conditions. I doubt that would happen before the completion of a FPEB, because the VA has not paid benefits based on that determination. If you were found unfit, for one of those conditions, the VA is required to review the condition.

On appeal, I was able to establish the VA examination occurred well after X days and the VA changed the rating on those conditions from temporary to permanent.
