Does Anyone Know Whats Going on in Dac

So I was told by my lawyer assigned to me during this IDES process that, I was found unfit and that my package had been sent back to the Peb in DC on 7/23 and that I would here a decision in 2 weeks. Maybe I’m being anal but I’m so ready to get out but it’s at the end of week 3 and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve been seeing on the forum people hearing back in 7-14 days of their package being sent back! Does anyone know what maybe going on in the IDES world?

I am USMC and am already on week 4 of waiting, I was found unfit by the VA (I’m guessing your the same) and now just waiting for the DOD. I tried to call the PEB but no answer.

They are teleworking, I would say it takes between 4-6 weeks to hear a decision. I’m on week 4 I’ll keep you posted.
