Does the VA Mail you your IDES estimate?

Hey Everyone,
The VA decided on all my claims and sent a proposed rating to my PEBLO and me, allegedly.
I wanted to ask, did anyone receive their IDES findings via mail? I would love to know my ratings for proper planning, and I cannot reach my PEBLo due to the shutdown.

I was told by my PEBLO that those ratings would not be accessible to me but rather only the PEBLO since they are just proposed ratings and not official. However, if you go into other forums you’ll find people had luck with calling the VA repeatedly until someone gave them the ratings. I’m not sure who they called, because when I called they told me to contact my MSC to find out
 
No, your proposed findings will not be mailed to you.
Even on the VA site, it says your decision letter is ready to be viewed online (when you're step 5/5).
But you will not be able to see this yourself. It is sent to your PEBLO... possibly your MSC so ask them as well.

Ive also heard of people calling and if you get the right rep on the phone, they'll tell you the overall proposed rating.
