Well, I am still currently waiting for ratings, my case went back to Gathering Evidence on 22 May. I was Pneding Decision Approval from about March-May 8th, then it changed. I am IDES my case was submitted to the PEB February 14th. Hope that helps.

Perhaps call the VA and ask specificially if your proposed ratings have been sent back to Peb, I will warn you now most customer service reps are clueless about IDES process so you have to ask direct questions usually if it has been sent they can see that it has been mailed to Peb.Other than that they will repeat what ebenifits says it annoying so be direct. If that doesn't get you answers try the PEB only thing with them is they don't always answer but they are always able to tell you exactly where your package is. On a positive note I have read on this forum where it has moved similar to yours on ebenifits and proposed rating have been sent back to PEb but honestly it is just hard to know where you are with ebenifits. Hope I provided some help.
 
Yeah I noticed their not very knowledgeable on the IDES process. I spoke to some “20 year veteran” over the phones there and they think their experts on the IDES process. All of them say “you won’t get your ratings till your out the of military. listen to me, i’ve served 26 years”.... Lol...

But yeah. I appreciate the response!

A notice to close request 3 was posted on my account on May 23, 2019.
Yes the reps can be absolutely annoying sometimes that's why I am very specific and ask do you see in the notes where my proposed rating have been sent back to PEB, because if you don't they will add there 2 cents and 99.9 of the people they deal with are not IDES so they go by the normal process which isn't correct. Rarely do you find a knowleagable rep for IDES, however good luck hopefully you get some news soon.

I called, they told me they requested more information about one of my claims, which i am totally OK with because it is the claim i feel as though my C&P examiner did the worst at, everything conflicted with my medical records, therefore I propose they could potentially be trying to get it right?

They told me the same thing that a decision won't be made until you are out of the service. That can not be right because they made a decision for 3 of the 5 things I applied for last year. I won't be out until November. I'm still waiting on the other 2.

but they won't finish your ratings without your DD-214 is what they are saying...
 
So this month, there seems to have been a lot of activity on my case.

From May 9th to today (May 29th) - I’ve had “We closed the notice for request #” 4 times. Just updating. Maybe there’s hope. I got a nice job lined up, and I wouldn’t want the employer to fill the position because I’m waiting on the VA..

All the MEB folks in my unit that submitted their NARSUM in February just got their ratings this week. So its probably looking towards the end of June for us

Strange. I’ve heard the same from one guy. He’s got his ratings back. He’s waiting to go see his PEBLO.

I got a phone call today and was told they had some issues with whatever service they use and had to ask for my documents from the medical doctor again due to they did not receive them the first time. IDK if this is just my case or in general trouble with the service and it hit everyone

Update:

I spoke with my MSC today. My case could have been over, but they sent the case back to the doctors (again and again) for “clarification”. He said it should only take about 10 more days before I have ratings back.

I wish my MSC was helpful. Shes always saying she has no clue on my current status and she cant confirm anything on my case other than wait

From what I’ve seen, a lot of cases has been completed that was sent to the VA from the PEB around April (of course your case keeps being sent back to the QTC doctors for “clarification”)
 
Waiting on ratings from the va there saying my estimated date is dec 8 how true is this my info was sent up in March

This is the last email I received from my MSC

Contact your OMBUDSMAN, or file a complaint (if you want). That is your point of contact. When you call the VA, they even tell you to inquiry through your MSC.
