Yes I had to use a fax. We don't have an office fax here so I used my sister's work fax and told her to be on the lookout.
Does it actually give you your ratings ?
the guy on va chat would not send me mine. told me to talk to my peblo and then he ended the chat. I hate the va
just tried and chat service is too busy.
It always says it's busy. You gotta keep opening and closing the chat button like 30 times. Literally. Not kidding.just tried and chat service is too busy.
Just talked with someone at the VA on the chat and they are faxing my proposed VA ratings!!!

This worked like a charm and they faxed me my VA percentages even though they had already called me they gave me something in black and white with a breakdown.

You guys are so lucky. I haven't been able to get any concrete answers from them or any help at all. For all I know my file is sitting at the bottom of someone's "to do" pile on their desk.

The VA can only fax your ratings to you if it has been 10 mailing days since they sent out your rating notification via mail.

It's been 52 days since they finished your ratings and notified you that you would receive them via mail? If so, chat with them on their site. I just did and the rep said it has to be 10 mailing days after your notification letter was sent.

Awesome that you got your percentages. Consider sending in more supporting documentation for the Narcolepsy. I had not been diagnosed with Cataplexy yet and received 60% most likely due to my wife's tenacity. I sent in a sleep log, 2 supporting statements, and letters/DBQ from my Doctors.
