Filed SSDI...

Is Binder and Binder SSDI advocate any good? I know a friend and used their service and they won his case. My head is messing with me that's why it's hard to pull the trigger sometimes. I'm about to send my papers or life away and asking one last time before I commit? Thanks..

So I met with a new attorney today and what a world of difference. He was very knowledgable and thought I had a good case, in fact he said I should have been approved just on the basis of my METS score alone.

If any of you guys are in the DC are and looking for a good SSDI lawyer I would highly recommend him. PM me if you would like his contact information. I will keep you guys updated.

PM'ed you

Hey Baylenkm, I was checking to see how things are going with your new Attorney and your case. I am in the Atlanta area and have had to get an Attorney for my appeal. I just retained 1 last week. I just pray everything goes ok for you also with the SSDI.

Met with atty today. Liked him well enough to sign agreement and appeal yet again. Here's to waiting about 6 more mos for the ALJ appt.

I will be medically retired in 90 days and looking for an SSDI lawyer in the Boise, Idaho area.
